By installing or using Outzap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Outzap is a browser extension designed to enhance WhatsApp communication, with optional integration to Zoho CRM. The extension enables direct messaging, campaign management, and conversation tracking (when integrated with Zoho CRM).

3. User Requirements

To use Outzap, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal permission to use the service.
• Have an active WhatsApp account.
• Have a stable internet connection and a compatible browser.

4. Optional Zoho CRM Integration

• Users can choose to integrate Outzap with Zoho CRM to log conversations and access customer details.
• The integration requires valid Zoho CRM credentials.
• Outzap is not affiliated with Zoho Corporation and does not guarantee the availability or performance of Zoho CRM services.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

• Outzap does not retain your WhatsApp messages.
• If integrated with Zoho CRM, chat history is stored within your Zoho CRM account.
• Error logs may be collected for troubleshooting and improvement purposes, including the super admin email of the Zoho account (if applicable). Logs are deleted weekly.

6. Restrictions

Users are prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or distributing the extension without permission.
• Using the extension for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfering with the functionality of WhatsApp or Zoho CRM.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Outzap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or third-party platform changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Outzap.
• Users assume full responsibility for any actions taken using the extension.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Outzap at any time if users violate these Terms of Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Outzap after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
