By using the “Daily Backup for Zoho CRM” extension, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the extension.
1.1 Zoho WorkDrive Account:
To use this extension, you must have a valid Zoho WorkDrive account with at least one Team and one Team Folder.
1.2 Free Disk Space:
You are required to ensure that sufficient free disk space is available in your Zoho WorkDrive account for backups. The extension will not function correctly if storage limits are reached.
1.3 Backup Management:
The extension does not include a garbage collector. Older backups will not be automatically deleted to make room for new ones. It is the user’s responsibility to manage and clean unnecessary backups manually.
1.4 Termination of Use:
If you stop using the extension, previously backed-up data will remain stored in your Zoho WorkDrive. However, no new backups will be created after discontinuing use.
2.1 Prohibited Actions:
You are expressly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of the “Daily Backup for Zoho CRM” extension. Any such actions will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service.
2.2 Compliance with Zoho Policies:
You must comply with all applicable Zoho WorkDrive terms and conditions while using this extension.
3.1 Data Integrity:
While the “Daily Backup for Zoho CRM” extension aims to provide reliable backups, Outsmart is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or failure to back up due to user mismanagement, lack of storage space, or other unforeseen issues.
3.2 User Responsibility:
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the proper configuration of the extension and adequate storage for backups. Outsmart is not liable for any consequences arising from insufficient storage or failure to maintain backups.
4.1 Extension Updates:
Outsmart reserves the right to update or modify the “Daily Backup for Zoho CRM” extension and these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the extension after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4.2 Discontinuation of Service:
Outsmart may discontinue the extension at its discretion. In such cases, users will be notified in advance, and existing backups will remain accessible in Zoho WorkDrive.
